Do I get free credits?

Yes! Every account receives free credits per month. These credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can upgrade to a paid plan for more credits and additional features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support payment via PayPal in select regions.

How do I log in to the plugin?

Open the plugin in your design tool (Figma, Photoshop, etc.) and click the 'Sign In' button. You'll be redirected to our website to authenticate. Once signed in, you'll be automatically connected in the plugin.

No, the plugin requires an active internet connection to process images. All image processing happens on our secure cloud servers to ensure fast, high-quality results.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats for input images. Output images are typically PNG (for transparency support) or the same format as the input, depending on the service.

How long does processing take?

Most images are processed in under 1 second. Background removal typically takes less than 200ms. Larger images or more complex operations like upscaling may take a few seconds longer.

Why is my output image quality lower than expected?

Output quality depends on the input image. For best results, use high-resolution source images. Very small or heavily compressed images may produce lower quality results. Also ensure you're downloading the full-resolution output, not a preview.

Where do I find my API key?

You can find and manage your API keys in your account dashboard under Settings > API Keys. Keep your API keys secure and never share them publicly.
